announce with a deep sense of loss and sorrow, the death of their beloved:

aged 56,

which sad event occurred in London on Thursday 27th September 2012, after a brief illness.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:

Fri., 9th Nov. 2012 - Burial and Memorial Service at the Holy Trinity Cathedral, High Street, Accra at 9.00am.

Followed by internment at the Gethsemane Memorial Garden, Shiashie, East Legon.

Final funeral rites follow at the Forecourt of the State House, Osu.

Sun., 11th Nov. 2012 - Memorial and Thanksgiving Service at the Holy Trinity Cathedral, High Street, Accra at 10.00am.
